As part of our structure that is unique to cannabis sales in WA state, AMO Enterprises NW is the professional services wing of our enterprise. In this role, you would work for AMO Enterprises NW while performing functions that serve the entire company. Job Summary: The Field Operations Manager provides administrative and operational support to the retail operations team from a corporate/head office environment. This role supports the execution of retail strategies, ensures operational consistency across stores, and assists with reporting, process improvement, and coordination between stores, suppliers, and internal departments. Able to balance being a “player/coach” — supporting frontline execution while reinforcing standards and best practices Cannabis industry experience is not required but considered a plus Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative, analytical, and operational support to frontline teams under the direction of the Sr. Operations Manager Optimizes operational efficiency through planning, coordination, communication, and rollout of operational initiatives, procedures, and store updates Optimize inventory and supply chain processes, including stock reporting, allocations, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Create, monitor, maintain, and distribute operational reports related to sales performance, inventory accuracy, compliance, and KPIs Serve as a liaison between head office and store teams for operational questions and support needs Support store openings, refurbishments, and closures, including documentation and coordination tasks Maintain accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including SOPs, operational manuals, and process guides Ensure compliance with state LCB regulations, company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention standards Assist with managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control tracking, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement Support administration of retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and workforce tools Lead or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by the Retail Operations team Support retail front office staff on all shifts to include hands on sales support outside of normal work hours. Stores are open 7 days a week 365 days a year. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in retail operations, multi-unit store management, corporate retail support, or a similar role preferred Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail Previous experience with SOP and process documentation preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with retail systems is an advantage Preference for candidates with advanced Excel skills (PIvot tables, Vlookup), Power BI, and/or Tableau. Proficient in project and program management with experience with tools such as Trello, Asana, and Airtable. Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with data, reports, and process documentation Bachelor’s Degree in business, retail management, or in a related field is preferred Ability to travel between Dockside's multiple store locations. As such will need reliable transportation and an active drivers license.
