You’ll connect with dog parents, educate them on our wellness services, and help dogs start their journey to a healthier life. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role as we continue expanding across the country. Responsibilities • Drive membership sales by educating customers on the value of routine dog care • Greet and engage customers with friendly, professional service • Promote and schedule first-time visits for new customers • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming • Follow all dog safety protocols to ensure a stress-free experience • Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and create a positive environment What We're Looking For • Strong communication skills • Energetic, coachable, and eager to learn • Passion for dogs and interest in health and wellness • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Previous experience in sales, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Career Path & Growth We’re committed to developing our team.
