Description: • Conduct accessibility testing of web and mobile applications for compliance with accessibility standards. • Evaluate digital documents (PDFs, etc.) for accessibility conformance. • Utilize enterprise-level accessibility testing and monitoring platforms (e.g., Siteimprove, Deque axe Monitor, Level Access Platform/AMP). • Document and communicate assessment results using established reporting formats. • Respond to inquiries regarding test results, clarify findings, and provide actionable remediation guidance. • Support agencies in aligning with accessibility regulations and industry best practices. • Assist with accessibility knowledge sharing, training, and resource development as needed. Requirements: • DHS Trusted Tester Certification (required). • Hands-on experience evaluating web applications for accessibility compliance. • Experience testing mobile applications for accessibility conformance. • Strong background in accessibility reporting processes, including documenting results and communicating them to stakeholders. • Ability to explain accessibility issues clearly and provide guidance for resolution. • Experience assessing digital documents for accessibility. • Familiarity with accessibility tools and monitoring platforms (e.g., Siteimprove, Deque axe Monitor, Level Access AMP/Platform). • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
