We partner with clients to achieve technology goals through expert guidance, workforce support, and innovative solutions. With a client-focused approach, we also provide online training and job placements, ensuring long-term IT success. Job Purpose: The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional projects and smaller initiatives within digital technology, order to cash, supply chain, logistics, and finance. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, meet requirements, and are successfully adopted by stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business, technology, customer, and vendor teams to achieve project goals. Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment of applications, ensuring smooth transition to support teams. Translate business processes into accurate and clear functional requirements. Guide solution design to align with architecture, database, and performance standards. Assess business and system impacts of solutions and create detailed delivery plans. Manage internal teams and third-party vendors through implementation phases. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, are tested, and supported by documentation. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and suggest improvements. Use project management tools to track resources, risks, milestones, and budgets. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive project adoption and ensure business benefits are realized. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of project management experience across diverse project types. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Process-oriented with a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of integrated digital platforms. Experience with Order Management Systems. Understanding of supply chain and logistics integrations (EDI, API). Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CI/CD, and Agile practices. Strong stakeholder management and engagement abilities. Proficiency in creating project plans, risk registers, and supporting documentation. Preferred Skills: Experience in consumer goods or related industries. Familiarity with supply chain and logistics standards. Exposure to product management and product life cycle processes. Experience in the pet food or health sector. Background in service provider or consulting engagements. Experience with systems integration projects. Knowledge of ticketing/defect management tools such as JIRA.
