Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agricultural Equipment Sales Manager to represent DMR’s Field Ranger™ spray drone product line. This role is ideal for sales professionals with experience in sprayers, implements, or agricultural equipment who want to bring customers a modern, profitable, and field-proven spray solution. It offers autonomy, travel flexibility, and the opportunity to help expand DMR’s footprint in the fast-growing ag technology sector. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell DMR Field Ranger™ spray drones and accessories to farmers, co-ops, retailers, and applicators. Conduct on-farm demonstrations, customer training sessions, and trade show presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors, and equipment dealers. Identify and develop new dealer and channel partnerships. Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up. Collaborate with product, service, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and brand presence. Provide market feedback to support ongoing product development and growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience in agricultural equipment, spraying systems, or related industries. Strong understanding of crop spraying, fertilizer and chemical application, or precision ag systems. Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling sprayers, implements, or precision ag equipment. Familiarity with drone operations or willingness to complete DMR’s flight and sales training program. Established relationships within the agricultural equipment or agribusiness community.
