The Senior Systems Engineer – Data Center is responsible for leading enterprise, multi-site data center infrastructure initiatives across mission-critical environments. This role requires hands-on technical leadership in data center architecture, migrations, disaster recovery, and operational governance, with close coordination across facilities and network partners. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead multi-data center architecture and infrastructure initiatives Plan and execute data center migrations across multiple sites Design and oversee rack layouts, power distribution, and cooling strategies Direct disaster recovery readiness, failover planning, and continuity planning efforts Coordinate closely with OneNet and facility engineering teams to ensure aligned infrastructure and operational execution Ensure infrastructure operations align with governance requirements and regulated environment standards Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing multi-site data center infrastructure, including migrations and disaster recovery (within the last 7 years) Required Skills/Certifications: VMware VCP-DCV CCNP Data Center Strong experience with data center governance and change management Familiarity with data center facilities, including power, cooling, and space planning Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: None required for this position.
