Service Delivery Manager: Field Services Department: Service Delivery Full-time Remote (10% Travel) Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 Company Description: DMD Systems Recovery, LLC (DMD) provides IT Asset Disposition solutions adhering to the most rigorous environmental and security standards to deliver confidence to companies who value our world and their reputation. We are a certified B Corp in the Electronics and Sustainability field, with facilities in Tempe, AZ, Austin, TX, and Palo Alto, CA. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced leader to effectively manage our field service and logistics teams and optimize Service Delivery project workflows. In this role, you will coach the logistics and field service teams to excellent performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process/system changes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics and field service operations, and a proven track record in Service Delivery project management and a knack for process design and optimization within the technology sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team that executes field projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality and contractual standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to field projects and vendor issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication as applicable. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service delivery, sales, and operations, to align logistics activities with business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management. Analyze existing, internal Service Delivery processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and maximize resource utilization. Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Oversee the creation, review, and renewal of Vendor and Customer contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Manage the vendor manager responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, rate negotiations, contract compliance, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and risk mitigation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to track project progress and outcomes. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered). 3 to 5 years of management experience in logistics, procurement, or coordination. Strong knowledge of logistics concepts, processes, and best practices. Deep analytical and problem-solving skills experience with a focus on process optimization and change management. Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and other relevant tools. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work well under the pressure of multiple competing priorities and deadlines ina fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Knowledge of relevant local, national, and international regulations and compliance requirements. Familiarity with sustainability and environmental considerations in logistics operations is a plus.
