International Service Delivery Project Coordinator Department: Service Delivery Full-time Salary Range: 55k-65k Remote (10% Travel) Company Description: DMD Systems Recovery, LLC (DMD) provides IT Asset Disposition solutions adhering to the most rigorous environmental and security standards to deliver confidence to companies who value our world and their reputation. Job Summary: The International Service Delivery Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating logistics and supporting project execution across domestic and international ITAD service delivery. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inbound and outbound shipments throughout the DMD recovery process. You will play a critical role in coordinating and optimizing projects and logistics activities to meet customer requirements, minimize costs, and maximize operational efficiency. This role will support both domestic US projects and international projects. This role will require managing relationships and activities with customers, outsourced service partners, and suppliers to facilitate IT asset collections, ITAD processing, management of IT asset inventory, and the remarketing (resale) of IT assets globally. This requires communicating with multiple stakeholders, generating and providing reports and updates, ensuring work quality, and negotiating terms and conditions. This person works closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Compliance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of the logistics process including but not limited to resources, supplies, and logistics while effectively managing timeline and cost Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery (both inbound and outbound) of IT assets and e-waste. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. Maintain accurate records of shipment details, freight costs, and logistics activities. Optimize internal and third party operations to minimize costs, improve efficiency, and meet customer satisfaction goals. Prepare and maintain reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and requirements governing logistics operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align logistics activities with business objectives. Assist with reporting, tracking, and finalizing the financials of orders according to terms of the contract, quote, or statement of work. Execute projects within designated SLAs, budget, and outcomes. Assist with financial reconciliation including supplier payments, invoicing, and billing This role requires flexibility in working hours, as external partners are located globally. Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing project coordination, service delivery, logistics, operations support, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business systems, with the ability to manage data, reports, and documentation accurately Prior experience in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), reverse logistics, international operations, or global supply chain environments preferred Demonstrated exposure to or interest in sustainability, environmental compliance, recycling, or circular economy initiatives preferred Proven ability to communicate directly and professionally with customers and external partners, including providing status updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations Working knowledge of international shipping, trade compliance, customs documentation, and cross-border logistics requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Multilingual skills or experience working with international stakeholders across regions preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Reasonable accommodations will be made, enabling individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
