Do you have a passion for sports? We are Colorado's leading independent licensed sports merchandise retailer! The company has four successful locations in the Denver and Lone Tree areas. Sportsfan operates in the exciting and fast growing world of professional sports. We sell NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL merchandise from suppliers like Nike, New Era, Mitchell & Ness, Adidas and many others. We need sales associates to help us improve our retail operations and our merchandising. You will use your personal selling skills and understanding of fashion/retail to help drive sales and improve the shopper experience. Job Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will focus on selling our merchandise to our shoppers. As you grow in the organization, your responsibilities will include visual merchandising and improving the shopping experience. Job Duties: Works the sales floor helping shoppers find merchandise that matches their needs Processes inventory into (and out of) the store -- reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures Helps maintain a positive and organized work/shopping environment Learns/manages the basics of merchandising (product presence, creating compelling visuals, merchandising for "and1" sales) Skills and Qualifications: Communication/selling, Organization, Visual Design, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing Information , Results Driven, High Energy Level Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount Work Location: In person
