You’ll learn the company’s specific search process one step at a time with the aid of templates, videos, senior recruiter feedback, and documents to help guide you. You’ll be assigned searches and work as a team with the group on every phase of the search, shadowing a senior recruiter on the closing process. You’ll collaborate with US based and offshore team to execute a team-based search process designed for success and client satisfaction. You’ll be preparing candidate profiles, and other detailed search documents. You’ll carefully assemble and edit professional candidate profiles for presentation to the client. You’ll collaborate daily with the team on problem solving, strategy and process improvement to help improve our efficiency and take firm to next level.
