Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring a smooth and efficient moving process. This role requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Start off amount paid daily $21/hr+tips 3-day training $22/hr+tips after 3 day training/start of 90-day probation $25/hr + tips! After 90-day probation Looking for a highly skilled person to work with me and also work the team! Please im only looking for reliable people and hardworkers, who listen, take direction and also give ideas! This is a no excuse company, the faster we get stuff done the faster you get paid and get to go home. Must be strong ! must be reliable! this job is for people who are reliable and have transportation to get to and from the job sites ! Must have prior moving experience! At least 2 years professional moving! Must be able to lift 125lb by yourself Must be able to lift 250lb with partner Must be able to lift 500lb with partner and proper equiptment Must have steal toe shoes/boots and dark pants Can start immediately You will be given a 3-day hands on test and training to see if your able to fulfill the position we need, please have your schedule open. You are paid for shift time only 2hours=paid 2hours Paid in full even if you finish early not paid for travel time or in between time MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE! MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL THROUGOUT Alexandria, Woodbridge, Manassas, Sterling, Gainesville and Fredicksburg! MUST REMAIN PROFESSINAL AT ALL TIMES!, MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER! NO CURSING OR SMOKING OR DRINKING ON THE JOB NO CALL NO SHOW FIRST 30 DAYS = TERMINATION PAY OUT EVERY DAY WORK WEEK Monday-Friday THIS IS A ON-CALL AT THE MOMENT UNTIL 30 DAYS THEN YOU WILL HAVE OPTION TO BE ON FULL TIME AND HAVE FIRST SPOT ON JOBS. ONCE AGAIN MUST BE TEAM PLAYER! Must have Cash app for payment Responsibilities • Load and unload items from trucks or vans, ensuring safe handling of goods. • Drive vehicles for route driving and delivery purposes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. • Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse space for optimal efficiency. • Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are utilized to prevent injury. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of moving tasks. Qualifications • Customer Service is the first rule! • Upbeat attitude must be a team player! • must be willing to travel throughout the DMV area! • Must have reliable transportation to get to site! • Previous experience in a warehouse or moving environment is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with operating dolly and pallet jack • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for route driving positions. • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment. • Flexibility to work varying hours as needed based on job requirements. • NO CALL NO SHOW in the first 30 days automatic termination! • Must have prior moving experience!
