We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who is fluent in English and Arabic and can own the entire content cycle—planning, writing, designing, posting, and engaging. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on creating content that drives growth, goes viral, and builds communities across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Develop and manage content calendars for Division50 and client accounts. Research viral trends, competitor content, and industry conversations to stay ahead. Plan and execute strategies that balance replication of viral formats with original content creation. Content Creation & Publishing Write compelling, high-quality copy in both English and Arabic for captions, blogs, ads, and scripts. Create graphics, videos, and short-form content using design/editing tools and AI solutions. Schedule, post, and manage content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X). Engagement & Community Building Actively engage with audiences—respond to comments, DMs, and messages. Manage and grow online communities, turning followers into loyal fans. Performance & Optimization: Monitor analytics across platforms, track KPIs, and optimize strategies based on performance. Test and iterate on hooks (visuals, captions, audio) to maximize virality and conversions. 3+ years of experience in content creation and social media management. Fluency in English and Arabic—capable of writing and creating content in both languages. Strong copywriting and storytelling ability across platforms. Skilled in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar. Experience with scheduling/analytics platforms Able to work independently, manage multiple brands, and deliver results quickly. Trend & AI Requirements: We need someone at the forefront of content and AI trends: Proven ability to spot and replicate viral content formats across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Deep understanding of hooks (visual triggers, captions, audio, storytelling). Experience using AI tools for efficiency and creativity, such as: AI avatars AI video creation/editing AI-powered copywriting. Knowledge of optimization tactics—posting times, algorithm signals, content testing. Ability to demonstrate past viral work (content that significantly outperformed average results).
