Full Description

Job Description: • Responsible for the selling efforts with assigned customers as a member of a Customer Business Team (CBT) • Manage assigned customers and responsibilities effectively and act as a liaison between Lactalis Heritage Dairy CBT and the Customer’s HQ Team • Deliver revenue and profitability, pursue business strategies to grow the company franchises using customer-specific programs • Provide category management expertise to the customer • Ensure a coordinated cross-functional sales value is delivered to the customer through implementation of the sales plan and shelving objectives • Build rapport with assigned customers to fully understand the customer, their business, and the marketplace • Responsible for achieving base business objectives of assigned customers (revenue, share growth, margin contribution, authorizations, distribution and shelving) Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent years of relevant experience • 5+ years of experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the Customer and gain their trust and respect • Strong personal selling skills and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, ability to operate independently • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create action plans • Solid working knowledge of computers and related systems including proficiency in Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, CoPilot, etc. • Ability to travel (up to 30%) Benefits: • Comprehensive Total Rewards Program • Affordable benefits and coverage options • Insurance cost support • Generous retirement plan contributions • Paid Time Off from day one • Professional growth opportunities • Training and development opportunities • Education Reimbursement
