Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper located in Collegeville, PA. The individual in this role will perform a variety of administrative tasks including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and recording daily financial transactions. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and utilizing accounting software to ensure proper bookkeeping practices. Qualifications • Proficiency in Financial Statements and creating accurate Journal Entries • Expertise in Bookkeeping and familiarity with Quickbooks Accounting Software • Strong understanding of Finance principles and their application in daily tasks • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment • Prior experience in an office setting or relevant role is an advantage • Prior experience at a construction firm is a plus
