This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: New York (USA) Description: CTG is seeking an experienced MES Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions for a Fortune 500 manufacturing client. Type: Contract Job Title: MES Full Stack Developer (.NET, C#, Angular) Location: Remote, required to be within 1–2 hour commutable distance in one of the following office locations: • Corning, NY • Charlotte, NC • Vineland, NJ • Phoenix, AZ • Hemlock, MI • Hickory, NC • Blacksburg, VA • Keller, TX • Boston, MA (Tewksbury, MA & Bedford, MA) Pay Rate: $51.14 – $63.39/hour Work Hours: M-F 8am–5pm Education: BS in Computer Science / Systems Management / IT-related field (minimum required)** Description This role focuses on building and enhancing customized Siemens Opcenter Execution solutions using .NET, C#, and Angular. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development expertise, experience in manufacturing or enterprise systems, and the ability to work effectively in a production-critical environment. Requirements: • Strong experience developing full-stack applications in manufacturing or enterprise environments • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including IT, product, and manufacturing stakeholders Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack manufacturing solutions using .NET and Angular, with a focus on customized Siemens Opcenter Execution solutions • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to design and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration of databases and services • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code; perform code reviews; and provide and receive constructive peer feedback • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software solutions to ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness • Develop a strong understanding of MES systems and how they integrate with other applications and plant equipment • Write and execute unit, integration, and system tests to ensure robust and reliable software • Document code, APIs, and system architectures to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to CI/CD, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in application development and the Software Development Life Cycle • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role • 5–7+ years of web development experience using .NET, C#, and Angular** • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Angular framework within manufacturing or enterprise systems** • Strong hands-on experience applying UX design concepts** • Experience developing RESTful services and APIs • Experience with responsive design, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and modern frontend/UI development paradigms • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills • Ability to discuss real-world examples of production support, system integrations, and go-live experiences Desired Skills: • Hands-on experience developing in Siemens Opcenter Execution (Designer and Portal) in live manufacturing environments** • Experience supporting IT systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment where system availability directly impacts production** • Experience with source code management tools such as Git and TFS • Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server • Proven ability to deliver technically sound IT solutions that meet business needs • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Additional Information • No third party resumes will be accepted • Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted • CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable local, state, and federal laws • All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors) • CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer • CTG is an E-Verify Company To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly through our website by clicking the link below or email your Word version resume and salary expectations to Rebecca.Olan@ctg.com.
