JOB RESPONSIBLITIES The work involves continuous alignment on scope, priorities, issue resolution, and cross functional decision making that occurs primarily within U.S. time zones. Given the scale and strategic importance of the OnHighway and Full Fleet initiatives, timely engagement with these teams is critical to maintaining program velocity and reducing decision latency. Accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget; responsible for planning and execution of various project deliverables, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall program plan (identifying and driving program dependencies to resolution) This Program Manager role requires daily, real time collaboration with U.S.-based team across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business leadership EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience in this capacity. Master’s degree with 8+ years experience in this capacity.
