Oversee and supervise residential roofing superintendents, ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate projects, and grow company tools and culture.
5+ years roofing experience, good driving record, construction and bilingual skills preferred.
Job Purpose: The Residential Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the residential division. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: o Schedule and supervise team of Superintendents o Oversee/assist each Superintendent performance to assure they are completing all required functions o Provide training to any superintendents that may lack in any area of their job functions o Coordinate, organize and schedule projects o Continue to grow usage of company Track Report tool o Continue to grow quality assurance program to achieve 100% completion of projects o Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner o Daily Quality Assurance o Confirm JHA’s are filled out daily by team o Contribute to and grow overall safety culture o Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment o Monitor camera notifications for residential vehicles o Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures o Support and abide by the values of the company o Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities o Great communication skills o Critical Thinker – intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions o Problem Solver – take ownership, resolve and communicate with team o Team Player – willing to complete processing tasks, no matter the task Experience/Education Requirements o 5+ years roofing experience o Acceptable driving record and auto insurance o Construction, residential and bi-lingual preferred Working Conditions, Travel/Schedule expectations and Physical Demands: o Work is performed both indoors and outdoors o General technology as it relates to office administration o Regular business hours with additional hours required during certain periods Physical Demands: o The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an o employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally very loud. o Must follow all safety requirements carefully. Expected Hours of Work/Travel: o Traditional work schedule is M-F, may include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to o meet business needs.
