Role Description • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and processes to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead sourcing, including cold calling, cold emailing, and attending industry conferences. • Appointment setup and conversion-connect with leads generated by marketing team and convert them with the assistance of technical head • Pipeline Management: generate sales pipeline, and report on progress. • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with architectural firms and decision-makers. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and results. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, particularly in remote service sales to the U.S. market. • Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and strategies.
