We're seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage projects from concept through completion. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, giving you unlimited income potential for strong project performance and client relationship development. Key Responsibilities • Lead all phases of assigned commercial construction projects, from preconstruction and client kickoff through final turnover. • Develop and manage project budgets, estimates, timelines, and schedules. • Oversee contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and change orders to maintain cost and quality control. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. • Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. • Provide value engineering and cost-saving recommendations to clients. • Mentor and support team members' professional development. Qualifications Required • Extensive experience in commercial construction or general contracting, managing complex projects from start to finish. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). • Demonstrated success in client relationship management. Preferred • Expertise in one or more of the following project types:Tenant improvements and interior build-outs • Industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse facilities • Healthcare, medical, or dental offices • Restaurant and hospitality construction • Retail and mixed-use developments • Ground-up commercial projects Additional Skills And Attributes • Client-facing project management experience in a commercial environment. • Familiarity with estimating software, scheduling tools, and cost-control methods. • Experience leading cross-functional teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven setting with multiple priorities.
