Lead Google Workspace implementation, migration projects, and provide technical support and consulting to clients.
Experience with Google Workspace deployment, migration tools, client communication, and automation; familiarity with related Microsoft tools is a plus.

We are looking for a motivated Google Workspace Engineer with expertise in Google Workspace. The Workspace Engineer will lead Google Workspace implementation and migration projects as well as provide consultative and technical expertise in Google Workspace. This role requires subject matter expertise to participate in sales calls and scope new projects. Your primary focus will be on the planning, execution, and post-deployment support of Google Workspace migrations and configurations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal utilization of Google Workspace tools. Google Workspace Deployment & Migration: • Plan and execute Google Workspace deployments and migrations. • Configure and optimize Google Workspace Services, Vault, Gemini, IAM, MDM • Standard WS Implementation Services for example, manage user provisioning, account setup, and organizational unit (OU) structure. Implement and configure email routing, domain verification, and DNS settings. • Advise on migration strategy and tools. Configure migration tool and manage migrations (CloudM Migrator) • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security protocols, data governance, and compliance standards • Provide technical support and training to end-users for effective utilization of Google Workspace tools • Maintain detailed deployment documentation and communications with all stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and best practices. Customer Engineering: • Participate in sales calls to address technical questions, provide product demonstrations, and explain Google Workspace capabilities to potential clients. • Collaborate with Dito sales team, Google CE’s as well as the client technical PoC to define project scope, identify technical requirements, and develop implementation plans for Google Workspace deployments and migrations. • Design customized Google Workspace solutions that satisfy clients needs • Having an intimate knowledge of the features and functionalities of each Workspace license type (Enterprise vs Frontline) • Provide technical guidance and support to sales and client success teams throughout the sales and onboarding process. • Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients in a way that is easy to understand. • Recognize opportunities to expand Google Workspace adoption and usage within client organizations. • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and best practices. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: • Standard Tier 1-3 support cases for strategic clients across Google products, ISV and Dito solutions. • Collaborate with Google Support, Google Customer Engineers and Google Product Managers as needed to resolve escalated client cases and matters that impact their Cloud, AI and Transformation initiatives. • Troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and best practices across products. • Act as Expert on Demand (EoD) for Security (IAM, SecOps), Workspace / Agentspace, Gemini 3, (GCP, CodeAssist as plus) • Support license and usage consultation, advisement or assisting on license adjustments (WS Ent/Vault, backup storage SPIN etc.), migration preplanning Client Communication & Collaboration: • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance. • Conduct training sessions for clients on the Google Workspace Admin Console. • Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Automation & Optimazation: • Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment processes. • Work with Google Workspace APIs to automate tasks. • Identify and implement best practices for Google Workspace configuration and management. Strong experience in customer-facing migration shaping, scoping, planning, execution and report using tools including GAM, CloudM Migrator, GWSMO, Password Sync, GCDS and migration tools including Google Data Migration (new), movebot and Migrator. Familiarity with Microsoft M365, Outlook, PSTs, On-Prem Email, On-Prem Storage, Dropbox, Sharepoint, and tools like ZenDesk is strongly preferred.
