YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!) • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM — keep data clean, accurate, and actionable. • Build dashboards and reports that empower Sales, Marketing, and Executives. • Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting, and account assignments. • Support Marketing with lead capture, scoring, nurture campaigns, and attribution reporting. • Create automation and workflows that improve speed-to-lead, conversion, and team efficiency. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Success to align processes. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH • 5+ years of HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub experience, with a strong track record in administration and optimization. • Expertise in dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation. • A solid grasp of inbound/outbound marketing, lead management, and funnel metrics. • The ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue outcomes. • Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re as comfortable working with executives as you are training team members. • (Bonus) HubSpot certifications, experience with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn integrations, or a background in B2B SaaS/high-growth environments.
