You'll handle scheduling, client check-ins, and daily operations for in-home services, community events, and occasional clinic visits (in states with clinics). You'll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine while making sure staff, families, and clients feel supported every step of the way. Your days might include: • Coordinating schedules and managing changes like a pro • Supporting our behavior interventionists with admin tasks • Planning and pulling off community events • Partnering with leadership to streamline in-home and clinic operations • Being the go-to person who keeps our team on track and in the loop What We're Looking For • Must live in Utah • RBT certification preferred (but not required) • 2+ years of RBT, admin, or operations experience is a plus • Stellar organization and customer service skills • Strong communication and a flexible, "let's make it happen" attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfort working remotely (or willingness to learn) Schedule • Core hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday • Flexibility to work remotely between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM to fit client needs • Occasional Saturdays for events, training, or professional development Sound like your kind of challenge?
