Job Description My client is a technology-driven healthcare organization enabling physicians to deliver high-value care through scalable operations and cloud-based solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Director to drive provider recruitment into their medical group. This role requires strong experience closing complex business deals and consistently exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and target independent primary care physicians and specialists • Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals • Manage pipeline and activities in Salesforce; join weekly sales calls • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, partners, and distributors • Support recruited practices and help establish new markets where needed • Share best practices and contribute to the national sales team Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus) • 4+ years’ complex sales experience, selling SaaS to hospitals / healthcare required • Proven track record exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annually) • Strong individual contributor in competitive markets • Reliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Nashville, TN (relocation assistance available to ensure you're on patch) • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance Attributes • Sales-driven with proven ability to qualify leads and close deals • Creative, strategic thinker who shortens sales cycles Compensation • Total package: $170K–$200K (OTE) - Most people in this role are doing $300K+ as this is uncapped commission • Base salary: $85K–$100K • Equity / RSU's • benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, 401K, PTO, wellness programs)
