Job Description: Employer: DFS Services LLC Job Title: Senior Data Science Analyst (multiple openings) Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois Job Type: Full Time Duties: Develops advanced analytics solutions including customer segmentation, optimization, test & design of experiments and prescriptive analytics to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. 5% Domestic (US) travel is required. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science related occupation. Position required skills:Position requires: Programming languages including R, or Python; Data visualization tools including Spotfire or Tableau; Modeling techniques including Prediction Modeling, and Regression; Machine Learning algorithms using Python or R; 5. Cloud tools/Databases including SQL, Oracle or Snowflake; Data Analysis using statistical tools including ANOVA; and Data management using Excel. Skills may be gained during degree program. Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,000.00 to $122,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
