HR Generalist (Onsite - Full Time | Temp-to-Hire) Location: Fully onsite (5 days/week) Compensation: ~$72,000 annually (up to $34.60/hr during temp period) Schedule: Monday-Friday Overview We're hiring an experienced HR Generalist to join a fast-paced, multi-entity organization. This role sits within a centralized HR team and supports multiple business units, providing hands-on, full-cycle HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can take full ownership of HR processes without heavy oversight. What You'll Do • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned teams, advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience • Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution • Support payroll processing by reviewing and submitting accurate timekeeping data • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee education • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems • Partner with leadership on performance management and documentation best practices • Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and process improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Finance and Operations What We're Looking For • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or similar role • Full-cycle HR experience (recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, etc.) • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance • Experience supporting multiple teams, locations, or business units • Exposure to strategic HR initiatives is a plus • Experience with payroll support and benefits administration • Proficiency with HRIS systems and reporting • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across all levels • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
