Description: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with DIRECTV’s objectives • Drive customer acquisition through proactive engagement and training • Manage and expand a pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve revenue targets • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts within regional team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee implementation and performance • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership regarding pipeline health • Monitor dealer quality and compliance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales • Proven results in recruiting and territory development • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred • Data analysis skills with technology proficiency in Power Point and Excel • May require a background check due to job duties Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Remote work options • Professional development opportunities
