Major Duties and Responsibilities • Collaborate with leadership on both strategic and day-to-day operational priorities. • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (shipping volume, turnaround times, inventory accuracy). • Optimize freight and logistics procedures to maximize cost savings. • Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and contingency strategies. • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and lead cross-functional improvement projects. • Apply Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to enhance processes. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards. • Support the development of a reliable operational environment that enables growth. Education & Credentials • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (required). • Professional designation(s) strongly preferred: • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt • PMP (Project Management Professional – PMI) • CPIM (Certified in Planning & Inventory Management – ASCM) • Leadership experience in operations or logistics required. • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, etc.) a plus, but not required.
