Position Overview This role is responsible for advancing performance, logistics, and workflow across our national mail-order distribution model. The position focuses on monitoring operational metrics, refining daily workflows, and driving process improvements that ensure efficiency, scalability, and service quality. Ideal candidates will bring advanced operational expertise and professional designations such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related credentials, with a proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives in fast-paced environments. Major Duties and Responsibilities • Collaborate with leadership on both strategic and day-to-day operational priorities. • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (shipping volume, turnaround times, inventory accuracy). • Optimize freight and logistics procedures to maximize cost savings. • Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and contingency strategies. • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and lead cross-functional improvement projects. • Apply Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to enhance processes. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards. • Support the development of a reliable operational environment that enables growth. Key Competencies • Strong skills in operational performance analysis and reporting. • Process-minded with a track record of implementing scalable improvements. • Effective communicator and collaborator across teams. • Agile and adaptable in settings where priorities shift. • Focused on outcomes, efficiency, and quality. Education & Credentials • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (required). • Professional designation(s) strongly preferred: • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt • PMP (Project Management Professional – PMI) • CPIM (Certified in Planning & Inventory Management – ASCM) • Leadership experience in operations or logistics required. • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, etc.) a plus, but not required.
