At DirectBids, you'll join a small, ambitious team that values initiative, innovation, and measurable impact. We've built strong momentum, secured key contracts, and assembled a dedicated operations team — and now we’re ready to scale. We're looking for an entrepreneurial business development leader to help drive our next phase of growth. What You’ll Do • Lead all business development and partnership efforts across health systems in Houston and beyond • Build and manage relationships with hospital supply chain, procurement, and finance leaders • Develop and refine our go-to-market strategy alongside the CEO • Represent DirectBids in industry events and client meetings • Help shape internal strategy, company culture, and long-term planning • Lay the groundwork for scaling client relationships across Texas and other regions What We’re Looking For • Based in Houston, with deep relationships in the healthcare ecosystem • Experience selling to or partnering with health systems, ideally in supply chain, capital equipment, or procurement • Proven track record in B2B sales or strategic partnerships at the corporate level • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’ve been a founder, early employee, or team-builder before • Strong communication and executive presence • Strategic thinker who wants a seat at the table What We Offer • Competitive base salary • Equity package with strong upside potential • Health benefits and generous PTO • A seat on the ground floor of a mission-driven business
