Full Description
Business Analyst Focus • Build and maintain performance dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) covering labor, productivity, and service KPIs. • Conduct root cause trend analysis to support governance, client reporting, and CI initiatives. • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for executive and operational stakeholders. • Develop reporting standards and ensure consistency across functions and sites. Project Coordination Focus • Support execution of RCCA, onboarding, SOP development, and AI pilot initiatives. • Create and maintain project charters, timelines, and action logs. • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability for follow-ups. • Prepare governance materials (meeting decks, KPI packs, progress updates) for leadership reviews. • Track milestones, document progress, and flag risks to ensure timely delivery.
