WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a Global Brand Specialist with a deep understanding of training culture and a proven ability to build brands through product, athletes, and storytelling. This role leads global brand strategy and seasonal go-to-market execution, shaping how the brand shows up across products, content, and consumer touchpoints. You are both strategic and hands-on—able to set a vision and carry it through execution. You thrive in a matrixed, collaborative environment and bring clarity, momentum, and high creative standards to everything you do. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR This role will be responsible for (but not limited to): • Owning global brand strategy and positioning for the category, aligned to overall brand standards and business objectives • Leading end-to-end execution of seasonal brand and product launches, from strategy and concept through delivery, launch, and post-launch evaluation • Acting as the single point of accountability for brand launches, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and in market • Defining and delivering seasonal go-to-market plans, including launch priorities, storytelling frameworks, and executional roadmaps • Translating product innovation into compelling, athlete-led narratives that resonate with the training consumer • Driving day-to-day execution of campaigns, content, and product storytelling across owned and paid channels • Partnering closely with Product Operations, Product, and E-commerce teams to ensure product-to-market readiness and seamless execution • Owning product marketing and storytelling end to end, including positioning, messaging, campaign development, copy direction, and content production • Leading creative development and production, including campaign concepts, briefs, shot lists, and on-set direction • Integrating athletes and trainers into product development, launches, and storytelling in partnership with Sports Marketing teams • Developing global GTM calendars, launch toolkits, and campaign playbooks to enable consistent execution across regions • Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, Creative, Sales, Retail, and regional teams to deliver cohesive brand moments at scale • Ensuring all brand communications and assets meet brand standards and show up consistently across channels and markets • Managing brand and campaign budgets, timelines, and workflows with strong operational discipline • Tracking launch and campaign performance, using insights to optimize execution and inform future strategy WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll report to the Brand Director and collaborate closely with Dimension 6 leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Operations, E-commerce, and Business. You’ll also work in close partnership with Nike Global Training, Geo Brand Marketing, and Sports Marketing teams to ensure Nike Strength launches and storytelling are aligned with brand and business priorities. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILL REQUIRED • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related fields, with a deep understanding of training, sport, and fitness culture. • Proven experience leading global brand strategy and go-to-market execution in a matrixed organization. • Experience working with high-profile athletes, trainers, and talent to deliver authentic, athlete-first storytelling. • Strong ability to balance creativity with operational rigor in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Strong strategic thinking paired with attention to detail and follow-through. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Passion for training, strength, and performance, with curiosity for innovation, trends, and the future of sport.
