It is DIME's goal that customers will feel confident in who they are and embrace their skin in all its unique and beautiful stages. Position Description: As the Creative Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end creative production—from project planning to pre- and post-production execution—managing campaign shoots (photo and video), digital assets, email campaign timelines and project tracking and cross-functional project management. This remote role blends strategic project management with hands-on production execution in various cities for both in-studio and on-location productions. Requirements: 1. Creative Project Management Manage timelines and resourcing for multiple creative campaigns and projects (e.g., product launches, email/digital/social content, experiential activations). Work very closely with the Creative Director to translate creative briefs into actionable plans with defined scope, schedule, and deliverables. The ability to understand design terminology and skillsets to help remove roadblocks for the creative team and understand the needs of the creative team when communicating with cross-functional teams and outside vendors. Proficiency in project management software (Wrike specifically is a major plus) to orchestrate workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor risks and milestones. Report project status, escalate blockers early, maintain timelines, and support process optimization. 2. Production & Shoot Coordination Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production of photo and video shoots, including campaign, lifestyle, product, and influencer-driven content. Handle logistics: casting, hiring creatives (photographers, stylists, talent), booking locations or studios, scheduling, and ensuring on-set execution runs smoothly. Work with the creative director to manage the cross-functional teams’ needs for each shoot to ensure that content captured suits each team’s unique needs. Manage post-production workflows—editing, retouching, asset delivery, usage rights, licensing, and final file organization. 3. Budget & Vendor Oversight Develop and manage production and creative budgets; reconcile invoices and track spending. Source, evaluate, and liaise with external vendors (agencies, freelancers, production teams), negotiate deals, and manage contracts. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement Collaborate with internal departments—marketing, product development, ecommerce, retail, operations—to ensure seamless alignment on creative objectives, scheduling, and deliverables. Streamline filtering processes, improve asset tracking, and optimize digital workflows (e.g., asset management, version control). Organize post-project evaluations to surface insights and opportunities for iterative improvements. Qualifications, Education and Experience: Experience: 7-9 years in creative project management or production within beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industries. Skills: Proficiency with PM tools (Wrike is preferred), plus familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Box Google Suite, etc. Aesthetic Sensibility: Keen eye for visual excellence, storytelling, and brand consistency. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at managing internal stakeholders and external partners. Budget Management: Experience with budgeting, vendor negotiation, and contract administration. Physical Requirements: Works in a remote environment, either in an office setting. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
