Remote | Contract (Through September – Possible Extension) We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems to support a critical finance transformation initiative and upcoming SAP S/4HANA go-live (July 1). This role bridges finance, planning, reporting, and systems, ensuring seamless integration between current and future-state processes. This position is maternity leave coverage through September, with potential extension. Remote candidates are welcome. Key Responsibilities: • Lead enterprise-level financial modeling, forecasting, and planning • Build and maintain Anaplan models and dashboards (front-end & back-end) • Support SAP ERP implementation and S/4HANA integration, including rebuilding and connecting models to the new environment • Perform end-to-end SAP functional testing, follow test cases, validate data, and ensure system accuracy • Conduct data analysis, data validation, and financial reconciliation (P&L, reporting, consolidation) • Partner with Financial Reporting & Consolidation teams on transition and special projects • Communicate system and process changes across finance stakeholders Required Qualifications: • Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Mandatory) • Strong hands-on Anaplan financial modeling experience • Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred) • Hands-on experience with SAP testing and system implementation • Background in a true finance role (financial analysis, planning, reconciliation) before transitioning into systems/Anaplan Ideal candidate combines deep finance expertise with transformation and systems experience and can operate both strategically and hands-on during a major SAP upgrade initiative.
