M365 Platform Administrator (Onsite – San Francisco, CA | Long-Term Contract) We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator to own and operate a mission-critical M365 environment in a fast-paced enterprise setting. This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who knows Microsoft 365 inside and out and enjoys deep troubleshooting, platform stability, and working directly with Microsoft to resolve complex issues. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Defender for Office 365, ensuring service health, security, and an excellent user experience. You’ll take full ownership of incidents end-to-end, partner closely with internal teams, and continuously improve platform performance through smart configuration and governance. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator • Deep, hands-on expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tenant-level administration • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to own issues from discovery to resolution • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset • Experience in MSP or cloud hosting environments is a strong plus • Microsoft Certification: MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) – required • Troubleshoot skills should be good. (mainly in windows). • 70% operations support+ 30% remaining work. • Should know DLP. SharePoint, teams, etc. • MS102 certification will be required. • Nice to have MSP experience but if someone has that will be great. • Preferred: Copilot experience, power platform
