DIGroup Architecture (DIG) is expanding in the New York Metro region—and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-powered Business Development Specialist to fuel our next phase of growth. DIG is one of the largest certified majority-owned African American MBE design firms in the region, with offices in NYC, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. We design integrated architecture, interior design, environmental graphics, and signage/wayfinding services across aviation, education, civic, healthcare, and senior living markets. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU: • Love opening doors and building lasting client relationships • Thrive in a fast-paced, opportunity-rich AEC environment • Have a strong NYC-area network and know how to activate it • Want your work to directly influence firm growth and visibility WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Drive new business across the NYC Metro region • Build and manage high-value client and partner relationships • Identify & pursue leads through smart prospecting and market research • Represent DIG at industry events, conferences & networking functions • Partner with leadership on pursuit strategy and client engagement • Help craft winning proposals and presentations • Track and grow your pipeline using our CRM WHAT YOU BRING: • 7+ years of AEC business development experience • A strong existing network in aviation, education, civic, healthcare and/or senior living • Proven success turning relationships into revenue • Collaborative mindset in leading/supporting strategic pursuit and proposal development • Strong communication and analytical skills Life at DIG DIGroupArchitecture embodies Architecture for Change, the philosophy that great architecture is for everyone, and can be a catalyst to unite people, enhance well-being and enrich communities.
