Full Description

Responsibilities • Gather and elicit business requirements from healthcare stakeholders. • Document requirements in BRDs, FRDs, and SRS formats. • Create UML diagrams such as use case and activity diagrams, using Lucidchart and mind-mapping tools. • Analyze healthcare processes and identify gaps or improvements. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented. • Manage tasks, user stories, and project workflows using Jira. • Ensure all documentation and processes align with healthcare standards and compliance needs. Skills & Qualifications • Experience in requirement gathering and requirement elicitation. • Strong knowledge of UML diagrams and process modeling. • Ability to create clear and structured requirement documents. • Understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and regulatory needs. • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
