Job Description: • Manage, mentor, and hire for an expanding team of 5+ security engineers • Clear the path for threat modeling and design reviews • Cultivate strong relationships with product management and engineering leadership • Champion security initiatives like training and internal CTFs • Help team navigate trade-offs between product goals and security requirements Requirements: • 2+ years of experience leading a team of security engineers • Comfortable with 3-5 direct reports • Deep background in Product Security, Application Security, or Secure Architecture • Technical credibility in threat modeling and architectural discussions.
