A company is looking for a UI Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of web-based applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, or similar frameworks • Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components • Collaborate with design teams, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to define and implement features Required Qualifications • 8 to 12 years of experience as a UI lead developer • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Redux, and Oracle • Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end performance optimization • Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) • Knowledge of Snowflake, DevOps, and Release Management is preferred
