Brief Description The Customer Return Center Specialist performs various tasks associated with the handling and tracking of customer returns, product repair and supplied parts and product. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • One year of experience working in a customer service role • Proficient in research, logical reasoning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities • Perform return center functions such as receiving returned products, entering product data into the CRM and shipping repaired products. • Coordinate and process RANs, DOAs and OEM returns with customers and suppliers and arrange shipment of components as needed. • Provide customers with rework, product availability and shipment information through any means of communication necessary. • Provide excellent customer service to DMP’s internal and external customers. • Maintain customer records and files related to return center activities and provide status updates to leadership as necessary. • Support data entry, tracking and trend communication of reworked, repaired and OEM products. • Assists in the development and updating of documentation for processes and procedures.
