Full Description

Program & Delivery Leadership • Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs, from discovery and planning through deployment and scaling. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and sequence AI-driven use cases. • Translate strategic objectives into program roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes. • Establish and maintain program governance, execution standards, and risk management frameworks. • Oversee multiple interconnected workstreams involving LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies. • Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with enterprise digital transformation and automation strategies. Project Management & Execution • Plan and manage technology projects supporting the broader AI program. • Define and manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments. • Drive Agile delivery execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. • Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure smooth releases and deployments.
