Position Summary: The Application Tester Support Analyst analyzes clinical and operational workflows and supports system configuration validation and UAT activities within clinical and electronic data capture systems. This role ensures alignment with protocol requirements and regulatory standards. This is a work from home eligible position. Key Responsibilities: Analyze clinical workflows and functional specifications. Elicit requirements and perform process mapping. Support UAT planning and execution. Translate protocol requirements into system configuration. Provide tier-2 issue analysis and collaborate with development teams. Produce SOPs, guides, and documentation. Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 concepts. Required Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience analyzing and implementing clinical/EDC system workflows. Experience translating protocol requirements into system configuration. Strong understanding of data elements, metadata, and traceability. Experience partnering with development and reporting teams.
