Your Mission Your role is to retain, protect, and grow client accounts by delivering excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive support. • Build strong, trust-based client relationships. • Keep clients informed and engaged with clear updates and reporting. • Anticipate risks and solve problems before they escalate. • Use our systems to keep every detail organized and visible to the team. • Guide clients into ascension and upsells that increase their success when momentum is high. What You’ll Do Daily • Run organized Loom client updates to be proactive with communication, and also run onboarding and progress Google Meet calls. • Review team-prepared reports, highlight wins, and clearly document next steps. • Keep every update tracked inside GoHighLevel CRM—no details left hanging. • Use Slack to communicate with our internal team and keep workflows moving quickly. • Organize docs, spreadsheets, and shared materials inside Google Workspace so nothing slips through the cracks. Weekly • Coordinate with the delivery team to keep projects green and clients happy. • Proactively check in with clients so they’re never left wondering. Monthly • Lead client strategy calls: present results in plain English, outline next steps, and introduce ascension/upsell opportunities when appropriate. • Collect reviews, testimonials, and referrals during peak satisfaction.
