You are a strategic partner, a platform expert, and the conductor of a multi-channel marketing orchestra. What You'll Do • Own the Client Lifecycle: Lead the entire client journey from kickoff and onboarding to strategy development, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewal. • Be a Strategic Partner: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, deeply understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable, multi-channel marketing strategies. • Command the Platform: Master the Digital Delane platform to manage all aspects of your clients' campaigns, including task management, content approvals, communication, and budget tracking. • Leverage AI for Efficiency: Utilize our internal AI tools to generate performance reports, uncover campaign insights, and craft data-driven content prompts. You will be at the forefront of applying AI to client management. • Oversee Multi-Channel Execution: Direct and monitor the success of diverse digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Email Marketing, and Social Media. • Drive Performance & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to deliver insightful, transparent performance reports to clients, showcasing clear ROI and progress toward their goals. • Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to grow your accounts, whether through upselling to a higher service tier or recommending valuable one-time projects. Who You Are • An Agency Veteran: You have 2-4+ years of experience in a client-facing Account Manager, Project Manager, or Digital Strategist role at a marketing agency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to manage multiple clients successfully. • A Multi-Channel Marketer: You have a strong, practical understanding of how various digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Email) work together to achieve business objectives. You can confidently discuss strategy across all of them. • An AI-First Thinker: You are genuinely passionate about and well-versed in AI prompting.
