Job summary Build high‑quality, accessible Edge Delivery blocks for Universal Editor and document‑based authoring on AEM Sites or DA sites. Add production‑grade interactivity and motion. Create authoring templates that make block usage repeatable. This is a 6 month contract What you will do • Design and build blocks (HTML, CSS, JS [ES modules]) with options and variants • Set up local dev with AEM CLI; run preview and publish with Sidekick • Optimize for Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse • Create and maintain authoring templates (sections, block placeholders, Metadata tables) for Universal Editor and document authoring • Wire templates to Sidekick create flows • Add images and video using AEM Assets or Dynamic Media • Implement interactivity and animations: micro‑interactions, scroll‑based reveals, carousels, tabs, accordions, modals • Pair with QA to create Playwright tests and baseline accessibility checks What you will have • Expert HTML semantics, CSS architecture, modern JS (modules, fetch, async) • Edge Delivery block anatomy, DOM targeting, inferred elements • Universal Editor and document authoring basics; content modeling for blocks • Animation and interaction patterns • GitHub workflows and code review discipline • Accessibility and web performance: rendering path, image optimization, lazy loading, CWV Nice to have • AEM Sites basics; HTL/Sling awareness for migration parity • Playwright, Lighthouse CI, axe‑core • Experience with forms Benefits DigiCert is an Equal Opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in its workforce.
