Full Description

We are a single-specialty medical practice with 8 providers seeking a Practice Operations Manager to work directly with the Managing Partner and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and ethical professional who can keep operations running smoothly while helping execute the strategic vision of the practice. The role blends traditional office management with executive support to physician leadership. The successful candidate will be organized, resourceful, and able to delegate while keeping projects on track. Key Qualifications • 3–5 years of healthcare administrative or management experience. • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize and follow through. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); QuickBooks familiarity a plus. • Experience in HR (onboarding, reviews, employee relations). • Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve independently. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required with relevant experience). • Spanish fluency a plus. Responsibilities • Partner with the Managing Partner to track projects, monitor risks, and keep initiatives on schedule. • Support daily operations of the practice, ensuring professional and efficient patient services. • Collaborate with the ASC Administrator and practice supervisors with mutual collegiality. • Assist with provider credentialing, recruitment, and onboarding. • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews in coordination with supervisors. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. • Build on existing organizational systems while identifying ways to improve efficiency.
