Role Overview: As the Field Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of automated machinery. This customer-facing role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to drive service excellence and support operational goals. What You'll Do: - You will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field service technicians. - You will ensure timely and effective resolution of customer service issues related to automated machinery. - You will develop and implement service protocols and best practices. - You will collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimize machinery performance. - You will provide technical training and mentorship to service staff. - You will manage service schedules, resources, and budgets. - You will maintain strong customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact. - You will analyze service data to identify trends and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years experience in field service management or a related supervisory role. - Strong technical background in automated machinery, manufacturing production lines, or assembly automation. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
