Role Overview: As a Field Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of automated machinery for our clients. This role is customer-facing and requires strong leadership to coordinate service activities and deliver exceptional support. What You'll Do: - You will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field service technicians. - You will manage customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. - You will oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of automated machinery. - You will develop and implement service protocols and best practices. - You will collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimize machinery performance. - You will provide training and mentorship to service staff. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years experience in field service management or a related engineering role. - Strong technical knowledge of automated machinery, assembly, and packaging systems. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing service teams. - Excellent customer service and communication abilities. - Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions. - Proficiency with service management software and reporting tools.
