Role Overview: As a Field Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of automated machinery. Your role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the operational success of our clients' manufacturing processes. What You'll Do: - You will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field service technicians. - You will ensure timely and effective resolution of customer service issues related to automated machinery. - You will develop and implement service protocols and best practices to enhance team performance. - You will act as the primary customer-facing engineer, building strong relationships and understanding client needs. - You will oversee training and development programs for service staff to maintain technical expertise. - You will collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimize machinery performance. - You will manage service schedules, resource allocation, and reporting to meet operational goals. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management or a related supervisory role. - Strong technical background in automated machinery, manufacturing production lines, or industrial automation. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating technical teams. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems. - Proficiency in scheduling software and service management tools.
