Field Service Tech Blow Molding Machines - Edison, NJ Field Service Mechanic Tech Maintenance Technician Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Extrusion Blow Molding Injection Blow Molding or Injection Stretch Blow Molding Equipment Extruders Injection Molder Blow Molders Screw Plasticizers Screw Rotating Motors Guide Rails Moving Platens Heater Bands Hydraulic Pumping Systems Pneumatic systems Die Heads Dies Molds Mold Clamps Cold and Hot Cutters Blow Pins Control Panels Instrumentation Motion Controllers Motors Actuators Sensors Pumps Valves Gearboxes Cooling Fans Heating Bands Field Mechanic Blow Molding _. Travel to customer sites to install and service Blow Molding machines and equipment, provide training for end users, troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain positive customer relations. • ** Visit customer plant sites and install and commission service new equipment. • ** Perform routine or emergency maintenance on Blow Mold machines and related equipment, including pick and place robots or similar. • ** Program, update, and demonstrate use of PLCs for customers. • ** Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components of blow molding machines and equipment. • ** Repair, replace, or update parts as needed. • ** Provide phone assistance for technical support and handling customer complaints.
