The Director, Global Services Training provides strategic leadership for technician training across a global population of 7,700 service technicians. This role ensures technicians have the skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver exceptional service and support DN’s operational excellence goals. The role oversees the design, development, and delivery of our global training programs, leveraging modern learning technologies and best practices in learning. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps, creating scalable training solutions, and ensuring global consistency with regional flexibility. In addition, the role drives knowledge management initiatives to capture and share critical service expertise, maintaining accurate and accessible content for technicians and frontline teams. By integrating structured learning with robust knowledge systems, the role fosters a culture of continuous improvement and readiness, enabling technicians to perform effectively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
