Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Patient Services to oversee front office operations across all locations, ensuring a consistent and seamless patient experience. The Director of Patient Services provides leadership and operational oversight for front office teams—including scheduling, registration, reception, pre-cert, and patient service representatives—across multiple specialties and sites. This role will set standards for service excellence, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability to enhance the overall patient experience. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage front office staff and processes across multiple locations and specialties. • Standardize policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across sites. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., call center responsiveness, appointment accuracy, patient satisfaction, and wait times) to drive improvements. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to align front office operations with organizational goals and specialty-specific needs. • Address escalated patient concerns professionally, maintaining a high standard of service. • Oversee staffing plans, training programs, and performance evaluations across sites. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations. • Partner with IT and leadership to optimize EPIC EHR systems across all locations. • Support growth initiatives, such as opening new locations or expanding service lines. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-specialty or multi-site healthcare environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams. • Strong medical practice operational skills. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems. Preferred Skills: • Experience standardizing operations across multiple sites. • Experience with EPIC EHR a plus. • Change management and project management experience in a healthcare setting.
